More American than apple pie, Tara Conner’s alleged drug and alcohol abuse have pinned two of the countries most powerful and opinionated citizens in a battle of words, putting our first amendment of free speech to test.
Following Trump’s decision Tuesday, allowing Conner to retain her crown, Trump made headlines internationally for his compassion, stating, "I've always been a believer in second chances. Tara is a good person. Tara has tried hard. Tara is going to be given a second chance."

This was of course the perfect topic for discussion on The View this past Wednesday when Rosie opened up a can of verbal whoop-ass on Trump calling him a “snake-oil salesman” and questioning his own moral standings. She went on to call the Miss USA organization “a model competition,” touting Miss America as “the prestige.”
Trump fired back to PEOPLE magazine, calling Rosie "a woman out of control." He went on to say that "Rosie will rue the words she said. I'll most likely sue her for making those false statements – and it'll be fun. Rosie's a loser. A real loser. I look forward to taking lots of money from my nice fat little Rosie."
Do people realize what this show is about? It’s four (five if you count Barbara) intelligent women coming together to discuss their “views” on a myriad of topics, including an alleged coke snorting beauty queen who is supposed to be a role model for America’s youths.

Realizing that her comments, while valid, may be offensive, Rosie laughed it off by adding: "Here comes the lawsuit. Get ready. This is going to be good."
