How many times do you go to answer the phone when you hear a computer animated voice say, “Please hold for an important message”? For those of you who actually hold, you soon find out that it is just a telemarketer trying to put the moves on you. We are all annoyed by telemarketers, which is why the do-not-call registry was invented, but sometimes it is harmless to just have a little fun with these unsuspecting sales people.
The best has to be by comedian Tom Mabe, who pranked a telemarketer by pretending he was calling into a murder scene. Be sure to turn up your speakers.
