True Religion Apparel, Inc. a maker of high-end denim jeans, said Monday that Mark Saltzman, chief operating officer and director, is stepping down from his post for undisclosed reasons, and named Daryl Rosenberg to replace him.
Rosenberg formerly served as vice president involved in production at l.e.i., a sportswear and denim business owned by Jones Apparel Group. His appointment was effective June 1.
