She Got Game

Paris Hilton is a woman of many hats: Hotel Heiress, Realtiy TV star, actress, model, and designer. Now add mobile video game personality to that list (and keep a space open after it. You never know what she’ll do next). The game, created in a deal between Paris Hilton Entertainment, Inc. and Gameloft will be geared toward teens and will be available this summer. After her phone hacking debacle, and in since it seems her blinged out cell is an extension of her anatomy, it only makes sense that her next business venture is a foray into the mobile world.

Though both parties involved have zipped lips about what the game will actually entail, I’ve come up with my own list of the top three possibilities.

1. The challenge for the small, small screen Paris will be to try and avoid money moochers while looking for a new sidekick to replace Nicole Richie (who has managed to shine on her own).
2. The game will require players to find the cameras in the bedroom and either destroy them or put on a damned good show. (It still amazes me that someone can have a porn tape out and then return to being a teen idol, and no one has raised a fuss about it.)
3. Gamers will have to find the richest new boyfriend possible… no matter who he has to be stolen from.

I know that when the game actually debuts, it won’t be based on any of my three fantasy games, but wouldn’t it be fun if it was?

I'm not a huge fan, and honestly I'm getting weary of Paris-mania. Still, I applaud Paris for her business prowess and her ability to remain a power player. For all the jokes about her intelligence (or assumed lack thereof), her successes prove that, at the end of the day, she’s at the top of her game.
