Tarte sent me flush and tipsy. Flush is said to be that “just in from the cold/cozying up by the fire” type color and tipsy, well described to be the color you get when you’ve have one too many. If there is one thing I think rocks about tarte, it has got to be their packaging. This mascara comes in a purple leather top and bottom. It really makes you feel like you are about to indulge in something special.
